Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a qualified candidate to support the Implementation Portfolio Management team. This role manages client portfolios and cash flows, collaborates with PMs, analysts and IT to enhance investment tools and dashboards.

You will lead data transformation projects and analytics efforts to improve efficiency across the equity team, while supporting a broad set of processes and technologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations or technology-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in investment management or operations.
• Financial data knowledge with Excel, data visualization and AI tools.
• Strong critical thinking, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Results driven.

Responsibilities

• Leverage operational and investment knowledge to support Equity PMs and analysts by managing client accounts and cash flows.
• Handle daily client cash flows, futures/ETF hedging and program trading.
• Act as liaison between PMs, analysts and IT/systems teams to enhance tools.
• Lead requirements and testing for data transformation projects affecting investment processes.
• Lead analytics for data visualization dashboards and investment process tools.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies across the equity team.
