• Interact with customers on operational transactions related to share plans.
• Process operational transactions including data management and reconciliation.
• Maintain procedural documentation related to client companies’ programs.
• Assist in identifying new tools and system enhancements.
• Implement projects to enhance business operations.
• Create and maintain relations with key business partners.
