Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, equity compensation consulting or issuer plan management.
• Ability to balance corporate responsibility with client needs and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance or equivalent.
• CEP designation or willingness to pursue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service and plan administration for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and team leads to develop strategies.
• Maintain and sign off client procedures, runbooks, and manuals.
• Communicate updates to senior management and client representatives using Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Review and negotiate terms, pricing, and product amendments for clients.
• Leverage data to support servicing decisions for client relationships.
