Job summary

Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners who will help expand our footprint across the U.S. This is a non-traditional, executive role where you co-own an operating company, develop client relationships, and drive your own success without practicing law.

As a Partner, you’ll have autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the resources of a national platform. Full-time focus is required, with the option to work remotely and structure your day to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong network of legal decision-makers.
• Proven business development potential and grit.
• Ownership mindset, discretion, and an abundance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams.
• Collaborate with nationwide Latitude colleagues to select and propose elite attorneys for assignments.
• Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally.
• Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, thought leadership, and market leadership.
