Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking an Equity Loan Closing Specialist in North Carolina. You will manage escrow accounts, gather and review closing documents, and coordinate with loan officers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate closings across multiple states.

Responsibilities include processing payoff quotes, ordering appraisals, title work, and ensuring compliance with TRID and HMDA while delivering high-quality service to members and internal partners.

• Coordinate closings with outside lenders and attorneys.
• Ensure recording of security instruments and filing of loan documents.
