Job summary

NYC Citywide Administrative Services is seeking a Policy and Program Implementation Coordinator within the Citywide Equity and Inclusion (CEI) team. The role focuses on driving equitable hiring, retention, and workforce development across City agencies.

Under the Director of Policy and Program Development, you will collect and analyze workforce data, implement baseline metrics, and produce high-level reports to inform strategic decisions and improve representation in public employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy development and program evaluation.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and prepare reports.
• Strong collaboration with multiple city agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, planning, development, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to improve workforce representation.
• Review and analyze EEO plans to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations.
• Draft reports for local laws, executive orders, and policies relevant to city agencies.
• Design surveys and review results to evaluate initiative effectiveness.
