You will manage project plans, coordinate events and partnerships, support communications, organize resources, track deliverables, and keep multiple workstreams aligned with our mission for equitable education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, operations, executive support, or program management experience.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (40%): Maintain and update roadmaps and project management systems.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, follow-up tasks, and action trackers.
• Coordinate calendars, logistics, and scheduling for special programs & initiatives.
• Develop systems that improve organizational efficiency.
• Ensure projects move from planning to implementation with strong attention to detail.
