Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education and Missouri teaching certification.
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to grade-level standards in ELA.
• Identify students needing extra support and design targeted plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to support student pathways.
• Use data and frequent checks to tailor instruction and monitor progress.
• Maintain high expectations and foster an environment of accountability.
