Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years related professional experience; or associate degree with 6+ years.
• California Community College Credential or equivalent education/experience.
• Equity-minded practice shown in diverse classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach a part-time schedule of Criminology courses across campus and off-site locations.
• Use varied pedagogies, including online and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Maintain course syllabi and accurate records per district policy.
• Deliver timely grading and evaluation reports and perform other duties as assigned.
