Qualifications

• Evidence of responsiveness to diverse student backgrounds and equity-minded practice.
• Master’s or equivalent in listed counseling disciplines or credential; equivalency may be required.
• Petition for equivalency if transcript degrees do not match exactly as stated.

Responsibilities

• Teach a part-time schedule of Counseling courses as assigned.
• Use varied pedagogies and technology for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Adhere to curriculum outlines and course objectives.
• Evaluate student progress with tests, assignments, and exams.
• Maintain and submit accurate grading and records in a timely manner.
• Teach in a variety of instructional settings and times as needed.
• Fulfill duties as required by Administrative Regulation 7122.
