Job summary

• Licensing as a School Counselor is required.
• Experience in evidence-based interventions for school-aged children.
• Strong ability to analyze data/trends and take initiative.
• Willingness to collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide needs assessment of presenting problems and social/emotional needs.
• Deliver evidence-based individualized interventions for students and families.
• Collaborate with Principal, Dean, teachers, and support staff to create plans.
• Participate in meetings with school leadership and families.
• Provide crisis prevention and de-escalation training to staff.
