Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with classroom teachers to assess literacy needs.
• Utilizes student data and assessments to inform instruction.
• Provides feedback to teachers on literacy strategies and assessments.
• Guides teachers in interpreting data and adapting approaches.
• Reviews progress with teachers and adjusts strategies.
• Implements the comprehensive curriculum and aligns it with state standards.
• Brings latest research and pedagogy to PLC meetings.
• Attends PLC meetings to share successes and strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
