Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
• 1+ years corporate finance and capital markets experience with a top-tier bank.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and pricing analysis.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative ideas.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist ECM professionals with deal origination and execution.
• Develop market understanding and contribute financing strategies.
• Work on live transactions and interact with clients across the bank.
• Serve as product specialist to create and deliver financing solutions.
• Design presentations using current data to outline financing options.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation and market analyses.
• Draft client pitches and marketing materials and support client relationships.
