Job summary

Truist is seeking a qualified associate to advise, manage and underwrite IPOs and related offerings, in a pod-led team. You will work closely with senior CIB professionals on due diligence, financial and investor analyses, and presentation development.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills, with some post-graduation experience. The team fosters mentorship for interns and career growth within a fast-paced environment.

Advise, manage and underwrite initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements and share repurchases. Team is aligned in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors / directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents, associates and analysts. Revenue expectation of the business is $75 to $100 million annually.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Works closely with senior CIB professionals.
• Performs assigned duties with some independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial analysis, investor analysis, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
• Provides leadership, mentorship and supervision to interns.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation from an undergraduate program
• Preference for 2025 and 2026 undergrads

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000.
