Job summary

The incumbent will oversee staff, coordinate cross‑departmental efforts, monitor performance, and report outcomes to executive leadership and the Board of Commissioners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Six years of progressively responsible public sector experience.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in equity initiatives across county operations.
• Coordinate equity audits and data analyses to identify disparities.
• Develop policies and programs for accessibility and inclusion.
• Advise executive leadership on equity impacts of proposals and actions.
• Promote cross-department collaboration to remove systemic barriers.
• Represent the County at public forums and partner with community groups.
