Salary range is $70,000 to $115,000 per year, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in trading management.
• Active Series 7 required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of trading policies and infrastructure.
• Lead efforts for stock lending and short sale opportunities.
• Scale the Fractional Shares trading business.
