Job summary

Empire Southwest in Elko, NV is seeking a dependable forklift operator to load, unload, refuel and move rental machines within the Pump and Power Systems Rental operation. You will operate forklifts and DBS to receive and ship equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include staging equipment, basic maintenance, keeping yards and storage areas clean, and adhering to safety policies while supporting rental operations and customers.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified with at least 6 months related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Record-keeping and inventory handling abilities.
• Willingness to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, fuel, move, and stage rental machines.
• Receive and ship machines using DBS and keep inventory records.
• Maintain yard and storage areas and ensure safety.
• Assist with inventory audits and maintenance of equipment.
