Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment management within construction, industrial, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, equipment maintenance, and logistics.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Understanding of OSHA and safety regulations related to equipment usage.
• OSHA 30, Forklift Certification, and valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of yard organization and housekeeping at all times.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and repairs with Align and vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple job sites using Align/ToolWatch.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards; respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with managers to assess equipment needs and availability across jobs.
• Develop cost-effective maintenance, repair, and labor strategies to control expenses.
• Lead and manage yard employees, training, and safety.
• Train field teams on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
