Michels Corporation in Boise, ID seeks an Equipment Traveling Mechanic to keep our heavy construction fleet in top condition. You will inspect and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on vehicles and equipment across multiple sites.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent, welding/fabrication and DOT-related experience, plus a willingness to travel. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 6 months experience or minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Aerial experience (desired).
• Experience with DOT inspections, hydraulics, drive train, controls, and electronic diagnostics (desired).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Federal Medical Card.
• Travel
