Job summary

Iron Road Logistics is seeking a dependable CDL A Truck Driver to transport equipment to customer and company locations, handling skid steers, excavators, tractors, lifts, and attachments. You will use flatbeds, lowboys, and trailers, while maintaining safety and providing professional customer service.

The role emphasizes loading, securing loads, performing inspections, and adhering to DOT regulations. A clean CDL A and DOT Medical Card are required, with at least one year of flatbed

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A with a clean driving record is required.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Minimum of one-year verifiable flatbed experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and truck driving rules.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and tractor-trailers to transport equipment.
• Load, secure, and transport equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical or safety concerns.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and report issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving time, work/rest periods, and required documentation.
• Comply with all applicable truck driving laws and company policies.
• Work professionally with customers and Crownstone Equipment employees and McGrew Auction teams.
