Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Technician to join our Automation team. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair, upgrade, and installation of automation equipment, interfacing with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues across the fab.

You will monitor data, improve tool performance, coordinate supplier services, and prepare technical reports with actionable solutions for complex problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Working directly on automation equipment used to run tools in the factory
Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
