Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an Equipment Specialist to perform routine maintenance on restroom and site equipment, ensuring yard cleanliness and organization. The role involves servicing units, cleaning assets with steam cleaners, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Check, wash, repair, paint and store toilets, containers and other materials.
• Operate steam cleaner / pressure washer for cleaning assets.
• Keep wash pad area clean and organized.
• Check and clean water-recycling system daily.
• Inform Supervisor/Manager of material usage.
• Report equipment problems to Supervisor.
• Inspect and repair units before delivery and after return.
• Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with retrofitting of special or high-end units.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective clothing; report hazards.
• Operate forklift for loading/unloading assets.
