Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory including Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $28 per hour, dependent on experience, with additional incentives such as a $1500 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses, plus a company vehicle.

You will conduct reactive and preventative maintenance across an assigned territory, troubleshooting and repairing espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Must like coffee and be able to taste during repairs.
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory, scheduling, and tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems in an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and provide professional, reliable service adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements, perform timely maintenance, and complete accurate paperwork.

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Nashville, TN, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 per hour to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
