• Collaborate daily with engineering, union trades and operators to address equipment breakdowns.
• Interact with vendors and plant contacts to purchase repair-related items.
• Interpret high-level technical documentation including layouts and SOPs.
• Execute simple repair or improvement projects on pumps, grinders, CNCs and forming equipment.
