Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor of Science preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows-based software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR/Abstract).

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect incoming rental equipment for damages.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding any damaged equipment.
• Calibrate, prepare, and perform diagnostics on all equipment prior to rental.
• Assign appropriate equipment to rental orders.
• Quality check orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to clients via telephone, email, and in person.
• Cross-train with other environmental departments.
• Prepare equipment for rental orders and, occasionally, deliver rented equipment to clients.
• Back-up delivery driver when needed.
