Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Associates degree in diesel tech or 1 year Caterpillar-like experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to communicate in English and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and heavy equipment repair under supervision.
• Develop diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with supervision.
• Assist with engine, powertrain, hydraulics, electrical, and undercarriage work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with PPE requirements.
• Document service activities and complete required reports when applicable.
