Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search seeks a Packaging Technician to support the packaging department by setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth production and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will perform machine setup, operate equipment under cGMP and SOP guidelines, conduct preventive checks, and collaborate with maintenance and other teams to keep production efficient while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of mechanical or maintenance experience in GMP/pharma.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
