Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Candidates should:

• Have at least four years of experience in factory equipment maintenance and automation.
• Have strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot electrical controls, motor circuits, drives, and robotics.
• Be able to trouble shoot and repair:
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems.
• Material handling equipment (conveyors, motors, chains/sprockets).
• Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Initiative to work unsupervised maintaining equipment and performing project improvements.
• Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
  
  
  

Equipment Technician will:

• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and environmental policies.
• Assure machines are in good working condition and maintenance guidelines are followed.
• Have some PLC knowledge for ability to trouble shoot signals (sensors) to PLC components.
• Cut, weld and fabricate; Small metal fabrication tasks including MIG Welding-stick; (racks, carts, guards and similar items).
  
  
  

Minimum requirements:

High School Diploma plus 4 years of industrial maintenance experience; preferred post high school technical training in an industrial maintenance community/technical college.

Pre-employment Maintenance Skills Test Will Be Administered.
