Equipment Technician - for Car Wash

As an Equipment Technician, you keep our sites running at peak performance through expert troubleshooting, disciplined preventive maintenance, and a proactive mindset that catches problems before they ever cause downtime. You take pride in doing the job right the first time, every time.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the operation running - Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, replace defective parts, align components, and use hand and power tools with precision and safety.

  • Troubleshoot with curiosity - Apply systematic problem-solving to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You understand how things work — and you use that understanding to find better solutions.
  • Document everything - Close out work orders, update CMMS logs accurately, and red‑line drawings. Your documentation protects the sites after you leave.
  • Elevate the team - Train site staff on proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair techniques. You share what you know.
  • Support site launches - Assist with new site installations and equipment launches for smooth start-up and optimal performance.
  • Stay available - Respond to after-hours emergencies and on‑call needs — when the site needs you, you show up.

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and accurately
  • Reliable and responsive — available for on‑call and after-hours emergencies
  • Willingness to travel between sites as needed
  • Experience with 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, or relay logic is a strong plus
  • CMMS background is a plus
  • Ability to weld, fabricate, or dismantle equipment is a plus Valid driver's license required
