Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring for an Equipment Support II in Tucson, AZ. The role involves assisting drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading, unloading, and operating rental equipment.

You must be comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment, while prioritizing safety and teamwork to meet performance goals. We offer a pay range of $17.95–$22.40 per hour, paid weekly, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 40 hours plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment, or construction experience.
• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with equipment operations.
• Load and unload equipment for transport.
• Comfortable working outside in all weather.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to help teammates.

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, Morning Shift, 40 Hours + (Overtime Depending On Business Need) - Branch Hours 6-5

Pay Range: $17.95-22.40/HR per hour dependent on experience.

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
• You will be assisting our drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Must be comfortable operating equipment, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Must be comfortable working outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.
