Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to Equipment Specialists and set daily priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, RCA, and Lean methods.
• Coordinate resources and manage scheduling to support operations.
