Job DescriptionActeon North Americais seeking to hire anActeon Equipment Specialist (AES), a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy within a designated territory. This position is tailored for individuals who have a comprehensive understanding of the Acteon product suite and can effectively assess customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that align with both customer objectives and Acteon’s business goals.Job Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in technology, including the ability to demonstrate and integrate hardware and software solutions. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage details effectively.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for this position. Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales business plan for the assigned territory.
  • Engagement: Participate in Acteon-related activities, including training, solutions-based selling, and in-field customer support.
  • Event Organization: Organize peer-to-peer selling events and establish relationships with key distribution partners; actively participate in branch sales meetings.
  • Dealer Relations: Strengthen dealer relationships and enhance brand awareness through regular communication with dealer personnel and sales teams.
  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads to maintain a balanced sales funnel.
  • Customer Support: Support and expand Acteon’s existing customer base through product upgrades and cross-promotions; track leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Representation: Represent Acteon at trade shows, educational seminars, and training conferences as directed.
  • Sales Assistance: Assist dealer representatives with sales proposals, customer meetings, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Negotiation: Lead sales negotiations and deal closures with key decision-makers and distribution partners.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of products, including competitive analysis.
  • Account Support: Coordinate service and support for assigned accounts to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Training: Conduct training for end-users and distribution partners on Acteon Imaging products and software.
  • Technical Support: Install, configure, and deliver training on various software, providing onsite technical support in collaboration with Acteon’s remote team.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth and exceed targets for the Acteon Imaging portfolio.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
