Job summary
Mortenson is seeking an Equipment Solutions Supervisor for the Denver Equipment Facility (Commercial Division). You will lead Equipment Specialists and mechanics, coordinate planning, logistics, and maintenance, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Based in Denver, CO, this on-site role requires up to 50% travel and offers base pay within the stated range plus an incentive plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with basic maintenance/service schedules.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid US driver’s license with clean record.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead Equipment Specialists and craft personnel; assign daily work and priorities.
- Coordinate equipment planning, scheduling, and logistics with teams and vendors.
- Oversee equipment readiness, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Support safety, compliance, and 5S initiatives in yards and warehouses.
- Monitor costs, utilization, and asset accountability; escalate risks.
- Participate in performance feedback and development conversations.
