Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Windows-based equipment software in C#/.NET.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment-related issues across software, electrical, sensors, PLCs, motors, drives, encoders, printers, networking, and mechanical components.
• Integrate software with PLCs and industrial control systems with guidance from controls/electrical teams.
• Serve as escalation point for difficult issues and document findings for effective resolution.
• Develop automated tests, diagnostic tools, and validation processes; apply AI-assisted test development.
