Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand for long periods or entire shift.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Outdoor work in all weather elements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment with customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Manage the equipment yard layout for safety and efficiency.
• Quality control – ensure equipment is safe, clean and operational for each customer.
• Evaluate equipment returned for fuel, hours and general condition.
• Perform minor maintenance and coordinate with mechanics for repairs.
• Maintain a “Customer First” attitude and provide excellent service.
• Read, understand rental contracts.
