Job summary

EquipmentShare is looking for a Yard Technician at our rental facility in Newark, OH. Candidates should bring energy and drive to help maintain the storage yard, and will have the opportunity for overtime. The position includes inspecting equipment, documenting usage, and general yard maintenance.

The role offers competitive pay between $16-$24/hr, full-time hours Monday through Friday, and various employee benefits such as full medical coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be outside during extreme temperatures.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be in EquipmentShare yard.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Demonstrate, load and unload equipment.
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures.
• Serve as responsible for general yard and shop cleanup.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
