Flatland Energy Services, LLC is looking for an Equipment Service Technician to help maintain and service our growing fleet of company-owned construction equipment. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and the ability to develop valuable heavy-equipment maintenance and service skills.

This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable, and interested in learning how to service and maintain heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and able to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and safety-consciousness.
• Comfortable working around construction and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled services on company-owned equipment
• Change oil, filters, fluids, and other service items
• Inspect equipment during scheduled services
• Identify and report potential mechanical problems
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Keep service areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Help ensure equipment is serviced on schedule and ready for Operations

Flatland is looking for an Equipment Service Technician to help maintain and service our growing fleet of company-owned construction equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable, and interested in learning how to service and maintain heavy equipment. Previous technician or mechanical experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled services on company-owned equipment


• Change oil, filters, fluids, and other service items


• Inspect equipment during scheduled services


• Identify and report potential mechanical problems


• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and troubleshooting


• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Requirements

Key Competencies:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Previous mechanic, automotive, diesel, equipment, or service experience is a plus, but not required
