Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Class status - Sophomore or above.
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Availability to work at least 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; own transportation to work daily.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing & Operations across multiple areas (assembly, weld, paint, stamping, casting, machining).
• Assist with project management activities, schedules, and tracking daily processes.
• Analyze manufacturing problems and support root cause investigations.
• Design and update CAD drawings for facilities and utilities.
• Support design engineers in development of future models, components, and systems.
