Aggreko, LLC is hiring an Equipment Scheduler based in Odessa, TX. You will select the best equipment to meet customer needs, coordinate with sales, service, and transport teams, and work with multiple schedulers to ensure projects are completed on time and within plan.

You’ll analyze performance data and help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting a safety-focused culture and ongoing career growth opportunities. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is expected.

• Experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Select appropriate equipment to fulfill customer needs using company resources.
• Coordinate with customer service, Sales, and technicians for fleet allocation.
• Collaborate with Transport, fuel, rehire, and Workforce schedulers for project success.
• Generate performance data on On Time in Full and transport recoveries.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Equipment Scheduler based in Odessa, TX. You'll provide equipment solutions to sales representatives, coordinate with other schedulers to meet the needs of the customer and be responsible for systematic inventory accuracy. What you'll do as an Equipment Scheduler:

• Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfills the needs of the customer utilizing our technological resources
• Collaborate with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job
• Partner with all other schedulers (Transport, fuel, rehire, and Workforce) for the successful completion of the projects
• Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in full and transport recoveries

You are:

• Able to provide your bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
• Experienced supply chain and logistics professional
• Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and execution
• Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs
