Position: Equipment Sales Representative - (forklifts & more)

What You’ll Do

As our Equipment Sales Representative, you’ll step into a role with virtually unlimited earning potential, where your success is determined by your ambition, relationship-building skills, and drive to exceed goals.

Your responsibilities include promoting and selling new and used forklift equipment, generating revenue through rental agreements, parts sales, and service support. Your goal will be to grow market share and strengthen our presence across Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Paso Robles.

You will be the face of our organization—meeting with existing and prospective customers, offering tailored solutions, and providing unmatched service and value.

What You Need
  • Proven outside sales experience
  • Financing background preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with material handling equipment preferred
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Reside in the Santa Barbara County territory
