Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Texas locations. This in-person, full-time role requires basic building repair skills, a valid driving record, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience in maintenance, HVAC, and equipment repair is preferred.

References from previous employers will be required. Compensation includes regular pay increases and benefits. Position emphasizes safety, reliability, and maintaining service in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance in a fast‑food or retail setting preferred (Maintenance Technician: 2 years).
• HVAC: 1 year preferred; Equipment repair: 1–2 years preferred.
• General understanding of electronics, electrical, plumbing and building repair.
