Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair restaurant facilities across our San Antonio locations. You will handle electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs, while ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in restaurant facilities.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment across locations.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and obtain references as required.

Qualifications:

• Climb Ladders

Experience preferred in one of these areas:

• Maintenance Technician: 2 years (preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
• Equipment repair: 1-2 years (preferred)

General understanding:

• Electronics

• Will need references from previous employers.
