Job summary

Imperial Brady in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Repair Technician to service and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. Join a team that values customer service and reliability.

This role offers daytime hours Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, a driver’s license requirement, and the opportunity to grow with a national distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, with some overtime.

You will:

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
