Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company's front line of contact, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Previous equipment rental experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (preferred)

Physical Demands

Involves bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $24.10 - $28.62. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.
