Qualifications

• Read and understand simple instructions, memos and notes.
• Write daily paperwork and delivery logs clearly.
• Present information to customers and staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle per state law and safety rules.
• Receive daily schedule from dispatcher the night before.
• Complete delivery logs, logs and safety inspections daily.
• Load, unload and secure equipment with correct ties.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections.
• Deliver equipment within established timeframes.
• Notify dispatcher of issues and report malfunctions within 24 hours.
• Ensure rental agreements are signed and documented.
• Tag equipment needing repair and coordinate return.
