HandCraft Services in High Point, NC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead safety routines and keep heavy equipment running. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and partner with production to boost uptime and OEE.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in industrial maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to work a 4x10s schedule including weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; technical credentials preferred.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (or comparable).
• Strong mechanical aptitude; grounding in mechanical/electrical fundamentals.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Competence with hand tools and shop equipment.
• Team-oriented communication style.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.
• Certified/able to operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Follow procedures, spot risks, and correct unsafe conditions.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults to reduce downtime.
• Partner with production to boost uptime and OEE.
• Log PMs, repairs, parts usage, and inspection results accurately.
• Collaborate with team and mentor junior technicians.
• Adaptability: jump in on other duties as assigned.
