Manages multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables with minimal supervision.
Leads or co-leads user group meetings, communicating decisions, changes, and follow-ups within expected time frames.
Evaluates, locates, and recommends equipment, including the assessment of existing equipment for potential repurposing. Interprets architectural drawings and specifications, understanding design and construction schedules.
Develops and manages owner-furnished equipment estimate and plan documents, coordinating effectively with all team members.
Manages the equipment budget and provides monthly reporting for Project Manager review.
Coordinates and distributes deliverables related to owner-furnished equipment, including lists, technical data, and budget, to the Project Manager.
Provides leadership in product and vendor selections, ensuring contracts and standards are incorporated while meeting customer needs.
Travels as needed, approximately 30%-40% of the time, to ensure effective planning.
Collaborates with sourcing managers, corporate associates, materials managers, hospital staff, the legal department, and suppliers to complete or enhance contracts.
Utilizes a strong knowledge base of contract structures, terms, conditions, risk mitigation, and the proper execution and inclusion of legal and business requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
