Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end equipment orders, inventories, procurement, and deliveries. You will liaise with Sales, Operations, Service, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy per company standards.

The role requires SAP/order management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Required experience utilizing SAP for order management, customer order processing, inventory inquiries, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer equipment order lifecycle from entry to final invoicing.
• Enter and maintain order data in SAP/CRM, ensuring pricing and delivery accuracy.
• Review orders for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate releases, scheduling, and shipment activities to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors on lead times and shipment status.
