Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, with ERP-based inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.

You will perform quality checks, coordinate with carriers like UPS/FedEx, and support continuous improvements while complying with safety rules. Must lift up to 65 lbs and work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping and warehouse environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with order processing systems and shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns order fulfilment for discrete customer orders and incoming goods receipt.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and shipping using ERP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on own and colleagues' work.
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS/FedEx) to ship domestic and international orders.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Work safely and in compliance with all warehouse procedures.
