Martin Marietta is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Marshall, MO operations. You will safely operate heavy equipment to move material within the plant and support continuous operations.

This role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and adherence to MSHA regulations. A high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience, and a valid US driver's license are expected; work outdoors year-round with a 6am–6pm schedule and $23–$26/hour pay.

Job Summary

Hours: 6am-6pm Monday - Friday

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator at our surface operations in Marshall, MO. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Participate in safety programs and training, promoting Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel culture Inspect equipment for signs of wear Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment Work in a team environment Clean work areas Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Proper wear of personal protective equipment Notify supervisors of repairs needed Ensure materials are properly loaded according to safety requirements Assist in plant maintenance and repairs Perform duties with minimum supervision
